With the mind of a skeptic, and the heart of a mystic, I help individuals wrestling with big philosophical questions and struggling to feel connected to a rich and meaningful life. I also work with trauma survivors whose experiences opened them to the spiritual realm, helping them to survive, but complicating their path through the modern world. As a survivor of religious/spiritual abuse, I understand the double-edged sword of spirituality and its misuse.

Trauma ends one version of us. In response to a traumatic event, our identity fragments. The name of my practice, autopoetic, refers to the work of remaking ourselves within a new paradigm.

As with any creative task, we are limited by the materials at hand. That is where I can be of help. I can teach practical skills, help gather insight from your memory and intuition, and draw upon my knowledge of archetypes and mythology to connect with latent cultural threads that offer you a sense of belonging in the story of all there is. I work with dreams, images, stories, and a general sense that there is gold in what has been overlooked.

I draw on years of clinical experience helping people see themselves and their lives in new ways. I have worked in many clinical settings including a group practice, children's community mental health, and with victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. I have years of 1:1 coaching experience as an astrologer.

I have training in the Gottman Method, Perinatal Mental Health, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Expressive Arts and Neurodivergent Affirming care. I received my MA in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy and Depth Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute. My Master's Thesis work focused on dissociative tendencies within the depressive personality organization through a psychodynamic lens. I completed my BA in Liberal Arts from St John's College in Santa Fe, NM.
